National Geographic interviewed Dean Hollis Robbins for their Black History Month story on Henry "Box" Brown, an enslaved man from Virginia who mailed himself to freedom in Philadelphia in a box, delivered by the Adams Express Company. Robbins's article "Fugitive Mail" was the basis for the National Geographic Story, "This Magician Escaped Slavery by Mailing Himself to Freedom."
