Director of Jazz Studies, Doug Leibinger, commissioned to write arrangements performed by the Ottowa Latin Jazz Orchestra

Miguel de Armas (founding member of Cuba’s NG la Banda), along with the Canada Council for the Arts, commissioned Dr. Doug Leibinger to write a few arrangements of his compositions. The newly formed Ottawa Latin Jazz Orchestra's recent performance features three of Dr. Leibinger's arrangements.
